Raisa Cole

Raisa is an intersectional environmental feminist working to mainstream justice and equity in climate change decision making at all levels. She has over 15 years of experience in reseach-driven policy and advocacy process design and practice. Raisa holds a double MSc degree from the Technical University of Darmstadt and the University of Pierre Mendes France. She is currenty completing her PhD is environmental governance with a research focus on adaptation governance in African cities.
