The ARA Secretariat is responsible for operationalisation and implementation of Alliance activities. They also coordinate input from the Plenary, which is the highest decision-making body of the ARA.
The Secretariat is hosted by SouthSouthNorth (SSN), which is based in Cape Town, South Africa.
