Lauricha is a junior project manager for Adaptation Research Alliance (ARA). She completed her BA in Arts in Sociology and Language and Communication studies and a BA Honours in Development Studies at the University of the Western Cape. She is currently completing online courses in project management and wants to study sustainability and climate adaptation in the future. In her spare time, she and her family enjoy helping boys in her community with sports and academic talents by offering tutoring services, scholarship opportunities, coaching, and taking them to all their games on weekends. She also enjoys sightseeing with friends and family and going on road trips.
