CLARE seeks experts to support the shaping of existing knowledge and research to meet climate change adaptation needs identified by decision makers in Africa and Asia-Pacific. Deadline 30 September.

CLARE is looking for climate adaptation and resilience experts that would be interested to take up short term assignments aimed at facilitating the uptake of existing research into use in a variety of decision making contexts.

Priority will be given to experts based in the country where the research uptake is planned (Africa and Asia Pacific). SSN will start scoping for research uptake opportunities from August 2023 with the bulk of assignments expected to take place October 2023 – April 2026.

Deadline for EoI: 30 September 2023, Midnight (GMT+2)

Duration of contracts: short term, up to 1 year (12) months  

Budget: 15 000 – 60 000 CAD per project
